Please join us as we commemorate the first anniversary of the Innovare Apartments. From the first move-ins on February 14th, 2024, to now, Innovare has embodied the spirit of unity and commitment to addressing the affordable housing crisis in St. Petersburg. We’re not just celebrating a building; we’re celebrating the hope, stability, and new beginnings it represents for our residents.

Volunteers of America of Florida proudly presents this milestone for Innovare, a unique 50-unit affordable housing solution. This project showcases what we can achieve together: a nurturing environment where individuals and families can find not only housing but a chance to thrive.
This is a wonderful opportunity to witness firsthand the impact and transformation within our community, made possible by your support.
