Thank You to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida USA for inviting us to meet with the residents that need to find a new place to live by mid September. Volunteers of America of Florida was able to pass out over 100 hygiene kits in hopes that these items are one less thing for them to have to think about as they get ready to move. Thank you to The Kind Mouse Productions, Inc. for donating over a 100 bags of non perishable food. We are praying for the residents and their families.

A Note from our Chaplain Vanessa:
Last week the Florida ministers and constituent members got together to retreat, worship, and have fellowship together. We were able to learn more about ourselves through the Enneagram, be in the present with meditation, have an interfaith/denomination discussion, attend a service put together by our own members, journey on a walk with pastor Tom Hafer from Gulf Coast Village, and discuss goals and plans for the upcoming year. We are energized, organized, and grateful that VOAF ministry can host such a needed and blessed retreat!
