Individuals with Disabilities

Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Our philosophy is that housing for persons with disabilities should reflect the needs and wants of those residing in the homes. The facility should be capable from both design and operational perspectives to accommodate the changing needs of residents.

Our housing is specifically designed for people with physical and/or mental disabilities. Providing homes for individuals with mental illness requires the ability to respond to residents’ changing needs. We provide activities, health services, transportation, and individual case management to encourage independence.

Supportive Services

Tampa Bay Supportive Services provides supportive services to homeless individuals and/or families with severe and persistent mental diagnoses to stabilize and prepare them for a life of independence.
